How do I pay the core deposit?
You pay the refundable core deposit as a separate transaction, not together with the part payment.
You can choose one of two options:

Are the parts original?
Yes — we only sell original OEM parts.
All components we refurbish are genuine, high-quality parts from trusted automotive brands.
We do not work with cheap aftermarket substitutes.
Can I send my old part first instead of paying the deposit?
Yes, absolutely.
If you prefer, you can send us your used part before we ship the refurbished one.
Once we receive and inspect your old unit, we will immediately send out the remanufactured part — and you won’t need to pay any deposit.
This option is ideal if you want to avoid a temporary payment hold.
What happens if my old part is damaged or incomplete?
We accept most used parts as long as they are complete and suitable for refurbishment.
If your part is severely damaged (e.g. cracked housing, missing electronic components, or non-repairable), we may not be able to refund the full deposit.
In such cases, we will contact you and offer a fair partial refund based on the condition of the unit.
You’re always welcome to send us photos in advance if you’re unsure about your part’s condition.
Is there a warranty on refurbished parts?
Yes — all our refurbished parts come with a 12-month warranty.
We stand behind the quality of our work.
If any issue arises due to a defect in materials or workmanship within this period, we’ll repair or replace the part free of charge.
Can I get 0% VAT for intra-EU B2B orders?
Yes, absolutely.
If your company is registered for VAT in another EU country and has a valid EU VAT number, we can issue an invoice with 0% VAT under the intra-community supply rules.
Make sure to provide your VAT number during checkout or when placing your order.
We verify all EU VAT numbers through the VIES system before processing the invoice.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
Whether you’re in the EU or beyond, we can deliver to your location quickly and securely.
All orders are packed with care and sent with trusted international carriers.

When and how do I get my deposit refunded?
Once we receive your used part and verify that it’s suitable for refurbishment, we will process your refund.
We reserve up to 14 days for inspection and refund, but in most cases, the deposit is returned within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued via the same method you used to pay — either PayPal or bank transfer.
