1. General Information 1.1. The Motoqube online store operates at https://motoqube.com and is run by Michał Matczuk high-quality sale, based at Obrońców Lublina 27/19, 20-379 Lublin, Poland. 2. Placing Orders 2.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website. 2.2. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. 2.3. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. Prices and Payments 3.1. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT (if applicable). 3.2. Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit card. Cash on delivery is not available. 3.3. Some products require a refundable core deposit.
4. Delivery 4.1. Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received. 4.2. Delivery is carried out via courier services, primarily DPD and FedEx. Customers may request another delivery method. 4.3. Shipping costs vary by country and are shown at checkout.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal 5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason. 5.2. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. 5.3. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the return is due to the seller’s fault.
6. Complaints and Warranty 6.1. Products are covered by a 12-month warranty. 6.2. Complaints should be sent by email to [email protected]. The seller will respond within 14 days.
7. Core Deposit Refund 7.1. The deposit is refunded within 7 business days after receiving the old part. 7.2. Full refund is provided if the returned part is free from mechanical damage. If only some components are reusable, a partial refund may be issued.
8. Final Provisions 8.1. Any matters not covered herein are subject to Polish and EU law. 8.2. Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the seller’s registered address.
